...progressive solutions for
infrastructure projects

About Us

DPC was established in 2014 to serve municipal and private clients with infrastructure and utility projects.  DPC delivers solutions to water, wastewater, stormwater and infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  As the consulting business continues to evolve to meet the growing industry needs, absent growing utility budgets, it is critical to deliver project solutions through alternative and more cost-effective delivery methods, including performance-based engineering.  The DPC business model is centered on progressive solutions for municipal infrastructure, and we strive to meet the needs of our clients by focusing on practical solutions, through creative approaches that are sound and implementable.  This facilitates a balance between short-term capital needs and long-term sustainability.

"I started DPC to offer my clients a unique blend of big-firm qualifications, creative and progressive implementation strategies, as well as balanced and cost effective solutions, allowing my clients to achieve more with less."

  • Led planning, design, permitting and construction projects for water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects ranging in size from $5,000 to $60,000,000.

  • Served as Technical Specialist for collection system and wastewater pumping stations, assisting with questions and advice related to gravity, low pressure and vacuum sewers, as well as pump stations and infiltration and inflow studies.  I am actively involved in NEWEA’s Collection System Committee and the Connecticut Association of Water Pollution Control Authorities, and regularly serve as moderator/presenter for trade shows and specialty conferences.
